Hi! I’m Maya, an artist based in Chicago who is inspired by life’s ordinary moments. While pursuing my BA at Columbia College Chicago, I was able to further develop themes in my work and delve into new mediums, such as paper making and printmaking. Among the busyness of everyday life, my pieces show the beauty in the mundane and give an appreciation for the present moment.
